Based upon experience, I would have to agree with you! After not eating dairy for about a year, I decided to try raw cow (and goat) cheese per the recommendation of a friend. Bad idea! It did not agree with me AT ALL. I have read no convincing argument to date that dairy products - raw or pasturized - are necessary or beneficial to the body. And thanks for the great dental info! :)

Each is entitled to their own position, but I think cow's milk is for baby cows. There is much evidence out there that animal-based protein is carcinogenic. A wonderful book to read is "The China Study." Cow's milk, raw or pasterized, is very mucous forming. There is a reason people become intolerant of it if they haven't had it for a while. I have heard that goat's milk is much milder and easier for digestion, but I still stick by the Vegan standpoint :p

To clarify on the milk thing...whole, RAW cow's milk is very good for you. It's the pasteurization part that ruins milk and makes it "bad" for you.

thank you so much for posting these videos and educating people. i definitely agree with you on NOT drinking cows milk. It's so higly mucus forming as well, the protein in it called casein is used in making glue. GROSS.

I'm sorry, I believe the products should be speaking for themselves. You go around promoting oraMD everywhere, and therefore I don't feel like trying it at all.

ORAMD is alot better than the toothsoap

Also you can use 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for Brushing with a soft brush and as a Mouthwash , Many Raw Foodists use it and claim excellent results
